STAGES OF ORGANIZING THE ADAPTATION OF YOUNG LEADERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM TO THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Abstract

This thesis examines the stages of organizing the process of adapting young leaders to the management structure of the education system. It emphasizes the importance of a systematic transition period that allows new leaders to develop the administrative, pedagogical and interpersonal relationships necessary for success. The study uses contemporary literature and field observations to propose a systematic approach that enhances leadership skills, reduces burnout and ensures long-term institutional sustainability.
