Abstract

This article analyzes the problems in the field of assessing the value of profitable real estate and ways to solve them. It explores market statistics, challenges of the assessment process, international experience and approaches to modern requirements. It is also indicated that for the development of a profitable real estate market in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to improve infrastructure, train qualified specialists, take into account environmental and social factors.
