ALGORITHMS AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR TIME MANAGEMENT
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of modern information and communication technologies, the need for efficient time management in everyday human activities is growing steadily. This is especially true for people engaged in work or education, where effective time planning becomes a key factor in success. Mobile applications have emerged as essential tools for meeting this demand, enabling users to plan tasks, monitor productivity, and optimize their time usage. These applications are based on various algorithms and technological solutions. Examples include the Pomodoro technique, to-do list systems, and productivity analysis algorithms. From a technical perspective, such applications are developed using programming languages like Java, Kotlin, and Swift, and they often use cloud-based solutions (e.g., Firebase) for real-time data synchronization. This article provides a detailed analysis of the main algorithms used in time management mobile applications, explores their functional capabilities and technical foundations, and presents a comparison of some of the most popular tools available on the market, such as Todoist, Trello, and Focus To-Do.
