Building mutual respect and cooperation between teachers and students is one of the fundamental and urgent issues of modern education. Creating such an environment requires the development of effective strategies based on psychological, pedagogical, and ethical foundations existing in educational institutions, as well as their practical implementation. The quality of education, students' interest in subjects, intellectual potential, and the positive mood and discipline in the classroom are directly linked to the levels of mutual respect and cooperation. For the formation of an atmosphere of respect and collaboration, a teacher must use in-depth analysis in their work, understand both themselves and their students, employ democratic management methods, and consider the individuality and needs of every student. When teachers communicate with each student, the core values should be integrity, trust, compassion, and sincerity.
