The concept of "mother" is deeply embedded in linguistic expressions across different cultures. Phrases related to motherhood in English and Uzbek reflect cultural attitudes, social values, and emotional connections. This article examines how the mother figure is expressed in phrases in both languages, identifying similarities and differences in their symbolic meanings. Through a comparative analysis, the study explores the linguistic portrayal of motherhood, highlighting its significance in shaping cultural identity.
