Abstract

In the context of globalization and increased competition in the international market, the economic development of industrial enterprises of Uzbekistan requires the introduction of comprehensive and innovative approaches. One of such approaches is business planning, which allows enterprises to effectively manage their resources, optimize production processes and increase competitiveness.
