Abstract

This article explores a blended learning approach for cadets studying English as a Second Language (ESL) within the framework of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The paper examines how innovative technologies, combined with traditional teaching methods, can enhance linguistic competence among cadets. It highlights the importance of digital tools, interactive platforms, and adaptive learning strategies in fostering an effective ESL learning environment. The study aims to provide practical insights for integrating modern pedagogical approaches in military education.
