Therefore, the use of innovative technologies in education is important. Therefore, the preparation of intellectual property in all educational institutions, especially higher education, which trains creative, highly qualified specialist pedagogical personnel, and the implementation of the intellectual property system in the form of innovative activities is an urgent issue today.
