Abstract

This thesis examines current best practices in postpartum hemorrhage prevention and treatment, emphasizing the critical importance of timely intervention and comprehensive therapeutic protocols. Recent advances in diagnostic accuracy, pharmacological interventions, and resource optimization have demonstrated significant potential for reducing maternal morbidity and mortality, particularly when implemented within the first three hours following delivery.
